Tracy earned her Bachelor of Science in Science Education from Ohio State University, kickstarting her career as a middle school teacher. While completing her Master of Science in Environmental Science, she continued teaching at the middle school level and later transitioned to high school, specializing in alternative education for students facing challenges like ADHD.
Additionally, she gained experience in alternative educational settings, including time at a Montessori school. Her commitment to education led me to work as a University Supervisor, where she supported aspiring teachers and witnessed firsthand the evolving landscape of educational resources and technology.
In her continued efforts to understand and support those struggling with ADHD, she collaborated with a psychologist as a co-teacher of the Nurtured Heart Approach, a Cogmed coach, and psychometrician. Drawing from this knowledge and passion, she pursued accreditation as an ADHD coach from both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC). Tracy provides numerous invaluable services for our practice including individualized ADHD/Executive Functioning coaching, serving as the facilitator for the Parent Behavior Support Program, and as a Cogmed-certified coach working with those completing the working memory training program.
